Highground, Eau Claire Outdoors teaming up to offer kayaking class for veterans Military veterans are invited to sign up for a free beginning kayak class and a day on the water at Dell’s Pond in Eau Claire. The Highground and Eau Claire Outdoors are partnering to offer veterans this opportunity thanks to generous sponsors. Please note: Veterans are responsible for their own transportation to and from Mount Simon Park.
