FFA BRINGS HOME THE BACON FROM STATE CONVENTION Greenwood FFA members attended the Wisconsin FFA Convention at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison June 9-12, earning many awards and accolades. Through this position, Tatym Below right: Liv Lucas brought home the gold at State FFA Convention! This winter, Liv completed a Beef Production Entrepreneurship Proficiency Award application, which was based on her SAE project of raising her own beef cattle. At the State Convention, Liv had a display to showcase her project to FFA members and earned a “Best of Show” ribbon. During the second session, Liv was announced as the state winner! Liv earned a gold pin to wear on her jacket and a plaque to add to her wall. Liv will be advancing to the national competition, where her beef SAE program will compete against others across the country. This degree is the highest award that the Wisconsin Association of FFA can bestow on its members!
