Every week May 2, 16 a beanbag tournament with registration from 1212:45 p.m., food and beverages available, and live music with The Dweebs from 8 p.m.-12 a.m., $10. Food and beverages will be available, along with commemorative coins for purchase, and raffles will be held. May 3 Alias Brass will be at the Lucille Tack Center, 400 N. School St., Spencer, at 7 p.m. They are described as “a sure-fire hit, chamber music of the future with something for everyone.” They blend virtuosic musicianship with a high level of entertainment. April 24 Longwood Emmanuel Church, W5752 Colby Factory Road, Owen, will have a He is Risen Dinner, from 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Holy Humor worship is at 10:30 a.m., with meal service to follow. Meal includes meatloaf, glazed ham, German potato salad, cheesy potatoes, mixed vegetables, salad, roll, and dessert. Cost is $12 for adults, $6 for kids 6-12, and under 6 free. The Greenwood Area Fire and EMS District will have an annual meeting at 7 p.m., at the Greenwood Emergency Services building. April 26 “Hidden Challenges on the Farm” will be presented at the Clark County Courthouse Auditorium from 10-11:30 a.m. and 12:30-2 p.m. People may attend either session. The workshop will discuss why you should have healthcare as part of your farm plan. Topics will include healthcare and health insurance information, and safety planning to reduce the risk of farm accidents. Lunch will be provided. There is no cost but registration is required.
