Upcoming art events Loyal will hold its annual CTE/ Fine Arts Night on Thursday, March 6, from 6-7:30 p.m. in the high school gym. Be sure to stop and see and hear all the talented works from our students. The Wisconsin Jr. Duck Stamp Competition will include Loyal students in middle and high school, and entries are scheduled to be postmarked by March 15. Last year, our students earned nine wins. The Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum’s 48th annual Student Art Exhibition in Wausau will be on display March 15-April 27. This show will recognize creative and original artwork from central and north central Wisconsin students in fifth through eighth grades. Four students will have this honor. Our upcoming Cloverbelt Conference Art Show, showcasing the incredible talents of our students, will take place in Augusta, April 28-30. The Community Night will be at the high school, April 29, 4:30-6 p.m. Awards will be on Wednesday, April 30. Wish them luck for all their achievements in art!
