Every week January 4 January 15 The Greenwood Lions Club will host bingo at the Greenwood American Legion. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., bingo starts at 6:30 p.m. The Loyal Community Food Pantry at 132 N. Main St. will be open on Tuesdays from 9 a.m.-noon, Wednesdays from 2:30-5 p.m., and Thursdays from 9 a.m.-noon. For more info, call 715-503-1071. Loyal Food Pantry is an equal opportunity provider partnering with DHS to provide USDA TEFAP Foods to our communities. The Learn-A-Lot Preschool with have a soup supper from 3-8 p.m. Dine in or take out supper will include rolls, crackers, cheese curds, bars, milk and coffee. Cost is $8, adults; $4, children ages 5-12; and preschool is free. Bucket meals with all the sides can be purchased for $40, buckets of soup only – $25. Tickets available for raffle prizes. Use the back parking lot entrance on South Hendren Ave., at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 123 N. Main St., Greenwood. January 4 The Tack Center, 400 N. School St., Spencer, will host “Alive Again,” a tribute band for the rock ‘n roll group Chicago, at 7:30 p.m. Tickets $35. Call 715-659-4499 or visit lucilletackcenter. December 25 com to purchase tickets. January 16 York Center United Methodist Church, on County Road K, north of Granton, will host a community Christmas dinner beginning at noon. All are welcome, free will offering taken to support York Center UMC Mission Team. Call 715-9370144 for more information. January 6 The Greenwood Community Blood Drive will be at K& S Logistics from 11:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Call 1-800-733-2767 or visit RedCrossBlood.org, and search zip code 54437, for more information. The Loyal Public Library will host Game Group at 1 p.m. with a variety of board and card games to choose from. All are welcome to attend. January 3, 17 January 8, 22 January 17 The Granton Pop-Up Food Pantry will be open at 21 S. Main St. From 11 a.m. to noon. No ID or proof of income required. Receive produce, dairy/meat and dry goods. You may pick up food for more than one household. For more info, call Feed My People Food Bank at 715-835-9415. The Greenwood Area Food Pantry will be open from 35:30 p.m. at 302 N. Main St., Greenwood, for anyone in need of assistance. The Greenwood American Legion Post 238 will hold a fish fry from 4-7 p.m. at the Greenwood American Legion Hall at 108 S. Main St., Greenwood.
