Judging will take place Dec. 15. The LuCille Tack Center for the Arts, at 400 N. School St., Spencer, will host a performance by Boogie and the Yo-Yoz at 7:30 p.m. Sold out, but call 715-659-4499 to be placed on the waiting list.
