The library assistant provides extraordinary service to our customers and fellow library staff. The focus of this position is helping customers at the branch library. This position contributes innovative and progressive solutions to provide increasingly better customer service. Hours can include days, evening and weekends. Additional hours to attend meetings, workshops or to fill in for other staff may be required. QUALIFICATIONS: Associates degree, with two years of experience in a public library, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.
