The Loyal and Neillsville communities will host a Change of Seasons Work Day to help the elderly and disabled clean their yards before winter. November 10 November 23 Veterans Day ceremonies open to public – Granton Area School Disrict, 8:30 a.m., fieldhouse; Loyal School District, 10 a.m., high school gym; Greenwood School District, 10 a.m., high school gym. November 4 The Granton Turkey Trot will be held at 8:30 a.m., starting at the Granton Community Center. Registration from 7:45-8:25 a.m. Registration fee is a non-perishable food item or hygiene item for the PDC women and children’s shelter/resource center in Marshfield. The Snowflake Holiday Arts & Crafts Show will take place at Greenwood High School from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. November 11 November 6 The Greenwood American Legion will host a Clark County Veterans Appreciation Breakfast from 8-10:30 a.m. Free for all veterans. Suggested donation $3-$5 for family members of veterans. November 23 A group will meet to play board and card games at the Loyal Public Library at 1 p.m. All are welcome. November 8 November 13 The Loyal Community Thanksgiving Dinner will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Free and open to all.
