182467 • wnaxlp NOTICE Village of Cadott Public Hearing Public notice is hereby given, to the public, that the Cadott Village board will hold a public hearing, Monday, May 4, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., in the village hall, 110 Central Street, Cadott, WI 54727. The purpose of the hearing, is to consider public input on the proposed text amendment, pertaining to amending the replat requirements in the subdivision code. The proposed text amendment includes changes to Section 14-1-7, removing the vacation of a plat requirement, for replats, when it does not alter the areas dedicated to the public. Interested parties may give oral testimony. Written testimony is accepted, by the village, prior to the public hearing. Anonymous testimony will not be accepted. The Planning and Development Committee will meet, prior to the public hearing, to give a recommendation to the village board.
