170700 • wnaxlp NOTICE Village of Cadott Public Hearing Public notice is hereby given, to all residents in the Village of Cadott, that the Cadott Village Board will hold a public hearing, Monday, July 21, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., in the village hall, 110 Central St., Cadott, WI 54727. The purpose of the hearing is to consider public input on the proposed text amendments to Title 13, Chapter 1, of the Village of Cadott Code of Ordinances (Zoning Code) pertaining to updating permitted uses. The proposed text amendment includes changes to Section 13-1-28, permitted uses to allow art galleries, studio, museum, laser printing and art classes, and any other business, as approved by the village board, in the B-1 business district. Interested parties may give oral testimony. Written testimony will be accepted, by the village, prior to the public hearing. Anonymous testimony will not be accepted. The Planning and Development Committee will meet, prior to the public hearing, to give a recommendation to the village board.
