NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Village of Cadott Public notice is hereby given, to all residents in the Village of Cadott, that the Cadott Village board will hold a public hearing, Monday, July 7, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., in the village hall, 110 Central St., Cadott, WI 54727. The purpose of the hearing is to consider public input on the proposed text amendments to Title 13, Chapter 1 of the Village of Cadott Code of Ordinances (Zoning Code), pertaining to updating regulations for the front and street side yard setbacks in the B-2 Highway Commercial District, and adding a definition of a corner through lot. The proposed text amendment includes changes to Section 13-1-29, maintaining a 50-foot front yard setback, establishing a 25-foot street side yard setback and clarifying that parking is allowed within the district required setback in the B-2 Highway Commercial District, and updating Section 13-1-200 definitions, to add a definition for a corner through lot. Interested parties may give oral testimony. Written testimony will be accepted, by the village, prior to the public hearing. Anonymous testimony will not be accepted. The Planning and Development Committee will meet, prior to the public hearing, to give a recommendation to the village board.
