HEARING VILLAGE OF CADOTT, WISCONSIN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the village board of the Village of Cadott, Wisconsin, will hold a public hearing, Monday, March 17, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., in the Village Hall, 110 Central Street, Cadott, WI 54727. The purpose of the hearing, is to consider public input on a rezoning request, by Katherine Kaste, to rezone the following described property, from Agricultural (A-1) to Single Family Residential Low Density (R-1), located at 575 E. North Road, further described below: A parcel of land, being part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 29 North, Range 6 West, Village of Cadott, Chippewa County, Wisconsin. Commencing at the Northwest Corner of Section 32, thence N 88° 05’ 56” E, along the north line of the Northwest Quarter, 434.46 feet, thence continuing N 88° 05’ 56” E 894.75 feet, to the point of beginning, thence S 1° 03’ 00” E 848.66 feet, thence S 88° 56’ 17” W 34.19 feet, thence N 2° 05’ 50” W 280.64 feet, thence S 88° 54’ 16” W 210.66 feet, thence N 1° 03’ 00” W 564.54 feet, thence N 88° 05’ 56” E 250.00 feet, to the point of beginning. Interested parties may give oral testimony. Written testimony will be accepted, by the village, prior to the public hearing. Anonymous testimony will not be accepted.
