161614 • wnaxlp NOTICE Village of Cadott Public Hearing Public notice is hereby given, to all residents in the Village of Cadott that the Cadott Village Board will hold a public hearing Monday, Dec. 16, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., in the Village Hall, 110 Central St., Cadott, WI 54727. The purpose of the hearing, is to consider public input on the proposed text amendments pertaining to removal of fees for various permits in the zoning code and establishing a separate fee schedule. The proposed text amendment includes changes to Sections 13-1-26, updating the reference to the mobile home replacement permit fee, 13-1-57, removing the fee for a Planned Unit Development, 13-1-74, removing the fee for a livestock facility conditional use permit, 13-1-134, removing the fees for siting and construction of any new mobile service support structure, Class I collocation, and Class II collocation, 13-1-142, updating the reference to the fence permit fee, 13-1-143, updating the reference to the swimming pool and hot tub permit fee, 13-1-153, removing the fee for a zoning permit, 13-1-154, updating the reference to the Certificate of Compliance fee, 13-1-162, updating the reference to the zoning map and text amendment application fee, 13-1-170, updating the reference to the appeals application fee, 13-1-173, removing the fee for a variance, and creating Section 13-1-157, establishing a planning and zoning fee schedule. Interested parties may give oral testimony. Written testimony will be accepted by the village prior to the public hearing. Anonymous testimony will not be accepted. The Planning and Development Committee will meet prior to the public hearing to give a recommendation to the village board.
