154455 • wnaxlp NOTICE Village of Cadott Resolution 2024-6 A RESOLUTION, AUTHORIZING WATER, SEWER AND RECYCLING CHARGES FROM WAGON WHEEL MOBILE HOME PARK BE BILLED TO WAGON WHEEL PARK OWNER WHEREAS, the Village of Cadott, Chippewa County, Wisconsin, (the “municipality”) owns and operates the Cadott Water and Sewer Utility (the “utility”) as a public utility; and WHERAS, the Village of Cadott provides recycling to its residents to reduce the amounts of garbage produced, reduces emissions, conserve resources and provide a healthy ecosystem; and WHEREAS, the municipality provides water, sewer and recycling for its residents to protect the health, safety and welfare of its residents; and WHEREAS, master metering for the water utility shall be completed for Wagon Wheel Mobile Home Park LLC and the Wagon Wheel Park owner shall be the utility’s billable customer, per PSC 185.53. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the village board of the Village of Cadott approves water, sewer and recycling charges be billed to the Wagon Wheel Park owner. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the water, sewer and recycling charges shall be billed to the Wagon Wheel Park owner, starting once construction is complete, in July 2024.
