This property is located at 129 W. Hillside Dr. Parcel #22806-0611-64240206 South Ridge Addition Lot 6, BLK 2 Owner: Richard and Theresa K. Burich Such appeal has been taken on the grounds that a variance should be granted, permitting the appellant to erect a garage less than the required rear and side setbacks, more than one private garage and shall not occupy more than 30 percent (30%) of any required rear yard area.
