NOTICE Cadott Village Board Minutes June 3, 2024 The Finance Committee met at 6 p.m., to audit the bills. The regular meeting of the Cadott Village board was called to order by president Randy Kuehni. Trustees present: Ronnie Duncan, Louie Eslinger, Terry Licht, Eric Weiland (by phone) and Nicole Whipp-Sime. Absent: Todd Seeley. Public present: Katherine “Cookie” Kaste, Russ Falkenberg and Nic Alberson (Chippewa Valley Electric Cooperative), Sandy Buetow, Bob Schmidt, Jean Rygiel, Rolly Tichy, Les Liptak, Anson Albarado, Lynn McIntyre (Cedar Corp.), Nick Goeman (Baker Tilly, auditor) and Ginna Young (reporter). The next regular board meeting is June 17, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. A motion was made by Licht and seconded by Eslinger, to approve the minutes of the May 20, 2024, board meeting. MC. A motion was made by Licht and seconded by Sime, to approve the bills dated June 3, 2024. Motion by roll call. MC. A motion was made by Sime and seconded by Weiland, to approve any additional monthly bills. MC. Public hearing – Preliminary agreement for the sale of municipal public assets was opened. Kuehni stated, it is the preliminary deal right now and we are just hear to listen to the public. Not voting on the agreement tonight.
