153937 • wnaxlp NOTICE Village of Cadott Notice of Public Hearing Public notice is hereby given, to all residents in the Village of Cadott, that the Cadott Village board will hold a public hearing, Monday, July 1, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., in the Village Hall, 110 Central St. Cadott, WI 54727. The purpose of the hearing is to consider public input on the proposed text amendments, pertaining to the regulations of twin-homes. The proposed text amendment includes changes to Sections 13-1-23, permitting twin-homes in the R-2 single-family residential district (medium density) by right and establishing lot widths and areas for twin-homes, updating Section 13-1-142 fences, regarding fence setbacks for twin-homes and updating Section 13-1-200 definitions, to add definitions for a twin-home dwelling and an attached side yard. Interested parties may give oral testimony. Written testimony will be accepted by the village, prior to the public hearing. Anonymous testimony will not be accepted. The Planning and Development Committee will meet prior to the public hearing, to give a recommendation to the village board.
