Motion by Engel and seconded by Readinger, to approve all of the following consent items: • Approval of bills: A/P checks: #50848 to #50909, in the amount of $189,387.03 • Approve year-to-date revenue and expenditure reports – 2/29/24 YTD revenues - $3,582,082.20 and YTD expenses $3,613,269.57 • Approve new hires – Vincent Pischke, assistant baseball coach • Accept gifts/donations – Lake Holcombe Booster Club - LH Haunted Trail $200, for the Angel Fund; $175, for the after-school program; and $3,000, for the end-of-year elementary field trip. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Morfoot and seconded by Readinger, to convene to closed session, as per 19.85(1)(c) (f), for the purpose of discussing 2024-25 staffing.
