education, Parks has been a member of a number of professional organizations, helping push both himself and his colleagues. He is a member of a number of state and national level school administration organizations. One association that is particularly close to his heart is the Wisconsin School Music Association Board of Directors, which he has served on for 9 years and is the current president of the organization.
