Here is the list of CWD testing and deer carcass disposal options available to hunters as posted on the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources’ CWD sampling website (https://dnr.wisconsin. gov/topic/WildlifeHabitat/registersample. html).

The website is updated frequently, so hunters are encouraged to check it again before and during the nine-day gun season.

Before dropping off a deer head for sampling, hunters are asked to register their deer through the GameReg harvest report at gowild.wi.gov/wildlife/harvest and complete the CWD testing form.
