Charges dismissed

Court proceedings

The following charges were dismissed on prosecutor’s motions: David D. Hartl, 42, Medford, disorderly conduct; Jesse L. Mikolon, 25, Chetek, disorderly conduct; Gary R. Noland, 50, Medford, failure of operator to notify police of an accident.

The following appeared in court and entered pleas of not guilty: Dakotta L. Euclide, 20, Medford, five counts of burglary of a building or dwelling (as a party to a crime), five counts of theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500 (as a party to a crime), possession with intent of Schedule IV drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia; Fernando Najera a.k.a. Fernando Najerda, 44, Medford, disorderly conduct-domestic abuse and resisting or obstructing an officer.

Kyle L. Firnstahl, 33, Medford, pled no contest to an amended charge of failure to obey traffic officer’s signal or order and forfeited $175.30. The original charge had been failure to stop at a stop sign.

John E. Heser, 62, Medford, pled no contest to a reduced charge of speeding 20-24 mph over the limit and forfeited $225.70.

Edward P. Peterson, 39, Medford, pled no contest to disorderly conduct and forfeited $443. A count of criminal damage to property was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.

Maija M. Sikora, 20, Franklin, pled no contest to a reduced charge of speeding 16-19 mph over the limit and forfeited $200.

Tommy L. Wilkes, 34, Gilman, pled no contest to an amended charge of an ordinance violation for disorderly conduct and forfeited $330.50. The original charge had been criminal disorderly conduct.

The following were issued divorce decrees: Joseph R. Mertens, 49, Owen, and JoAnn M. Mertens, 57, Owen; Brent A. Ogle, 54, Sheldon, and Lori L. Ogle, 54, Stanley; David E. Samaniego Jr., 35, Medford, and Scott W. Klinkhammer, 40, Brush, Colo.; Brian A. Dombroski, 44, Medford, and Brandy L. Sloniker Dombroski, 38, Medford.
