MEDFORD POLICE DEPARTMENT On September 29 at approximately 2:17 a.m., Medford police received a report that a vehicle was had crashed into the river at Wisconsin Ave. and W. Perkins St. near the bridge. During the investigation, it was determined that the vehicle was southbound on Wisconsin Ave, in the city of Medford and attempted to turn eastbound onto W. Perkins St. The vehicle tracks were observed on the curb through the grass. The vehicle then dropped off the river embankment and rolled where it came to rest on the driver's side of the vehicle in the river. The driver, Bradley Dohr, 22, of Phillips, sustained no reported injuries, and indicated that he was wearing his seatbelt at time of crash. The vehicle was towed due to disabling damage. Dohr was issued citations for operating while under the influence, failure to keep vehicle under control, and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
