Medford Area Senior High awards presented for winter sports season
Coaches of the Medford Raiders’ winter sports teams presented awards to players in the boys and girls basketball, curling, gymnastics, boys and girls hockey and wrestling programs.
Boys basketball
Head coach Ryan Brown named Zach Rudolph the Relentless Player of the Year, Rudolph and Vincent Seidel the co-Ultimate Teammates and Ty Metz and Charlie Gierl the co-Most Improved Players. Head coach Steve Cain named Kate Malchow (vault), Kyla Krause (bars), Avery Purdy (bars), Kaileigh Mientke (beam), Bridget Cloud (beam) and Delaina Meyer (floor) the Most Improved Gymnasts. Cain named Meyer the Most Dedicated Gymnast and Purdy was the winner of the Raider Award.
