On April 17 at 5:46 a.m., Denise Fleischman, 49, of Westboro was operating southbound on CTH E and just south of Perkinstown Ave when a large amount of snow covered the windshield causing Fleischman to lose visual of the roadway. Fleischman then crossed over into the northbound lane, then into the east ditch which is when the vehicle overturned. The vehicle sustained minor damage to all areas. Fleischman advised that her right arm and left hip area hurt but did not need EMS.

On April 17 at 8:38 a.m., Denise Marion, 51, of Boyd was traveling eastbound on County Line Road. Marion stopped near a driveway at W16884 and was attempting to back into the driveway when Marion observed smoke coming from the glove box area of the vehicle where the fuse box is also. Marion got out and checked under the hood but did not see any smoke under there. Marion then got back in the cab and it was engulfed in flames. Marion appeared to have no apparent injuries and the cab had disabling damage to its whole front. The vehicle was towed due to disabling damage.

On April 19 at 11 p.m., Samantha Held, 18, of Medford was driving northbound on CTH Q just south of CTH M when it left the roadway and entered the east ditch. From information learned, Held looked for a phone charger which was the reason for leaving the roadway. The vehicle continued northbound into the ditch and through several trees which caused disabling damage to all areas on the vehicle. Held was transported by EMS for general pain. The vehicle was towed due to disabling damage.
