Susan Lynn Grobe, 69, of Owen, was traveling west on CTH A, on December 7, at 11:03 a.m., in the town of Holway. Grobe lost control due to the snow and ice on the road. Grobe’s vehicle went into the north side ditch and came to rest on its passenger side. Vehicle was towed due to disabling damage.

Sonja Leah Olson Twaroski, 65, of Marshfield, was traveling southbound on Hwy 13, on November 29, at 6:45 p.m., in the town of Deer Creek. A large gust of wind blew across the road which caused Twaroski’s vehicle to drift. Twaroski’s vehicle drifted into the eastern ditch and came to rest just past the ditch line. There was functional damage to the front end of the vehicle. Vehicle was removed from the ditch the next day.

Amy Lynn Hoover, 44, of Medford, was traveling westbound on CTH A, on November 29, at 3:45 p.m., in the town of Holway. Hoover said she struck a patch of ice and lost control of the vehicle. She reported that her head, legs, left shoulder and chest were in pain. The vehicle sustained disabling damage and was later removed from the scene. Hoover was transported to Aspirus Hospital & Clinics by EMS Ground for suspected minor injuries.

Tracy E. Heier, 64, of Westboro, was sanding a parking lot with a truck and snow plow in the town of Little Black on December 8, at 6:50 a.m. Heier attempted a right turn and the side wing on the right side of the dump truck struck a parked vehicle owned by Lisa Katherine Vanusek-Hartl, of Medford, on its passenger side. No occupants were inside the vehicle at the time of the incident.

The following car vs. deer accidents were reported: Paige Germaine Hartl, 24, of Medford, on December 7, at 5:54 p.m., on Hwy 13, in the city of Medford; Daniel Lee Dassow, 51, of Medford, on December 3, at 6 p.m., on CTH N, in the town of Westboro; Lynn Marie Hessenfort, 55, of Medford, on December 6, at 1:32 a.m., on CTH E, in the town of Little Black; Renae Lynn Tiffany, 27, of Medford, on December 7, at 5:30 p.m., on CTH A, in the town of Little Black.

Kathy Gomez, 24, of Medford, was traveling northbound on Hwy 64, on November 29, at 3:51 p.m., in the town of Ford. Gomez’s vehicle crossed the fog line and struck a bridge. Gomez continued traveling north a bit further and was parked in a field access driveway. Gomez’s vehicle was towed from the scene due to disabling damage to the right rear wheel. Gomez was issued a citation for operating without a valid license (1st violation) and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
