Ethan M. Berry, 20, of Medford, was in the Kwik Trip parking lot on October 7, at 12:34 a.m., in the city of Medford. Berry put his vehicle in the parking space, forgetting to leave the manual transmission in gear, the truck rolled back out of the space and struck a pump. Berry did not inform Kwik Trip of the damage. The truck was unoccupied when it rolled back and struck the pump. Damage was done to the right rear bumper.

Kenneth D. Coyer, 59, of Medford, was backing out of Family Dollar parking lot on October 13, at 10:38 a.m., in the city of Medford. Coyer had clear sight of travel and an empty space next to him. Kevin L. Manthey, 52, of Rice Lake, pulled into the adjoining space, striking Coyer’s vehicle. Manthey stated that he parked next to Coyer’s vehicle and Coyer struck Manthey’s vehicle.

Roger A. Walworth, 60, of Medford, was traveling westbound on E. Clark St., on October 17, at 7:35 a.m., in the city of Medford. Skyler Austin Johnson, 28, of Stetsonville, was exiting the parking lot of 509 E. Clark St., and turned left to travel eastbound on Clark St. Johnson’s front passenger side bumper struck the rear passenger side bumper of Walworth’s vehicle causing damage to both. Both drivers then pulled over to the side of the road. Johnson was issued a citation for failure to yield right of way.

Donald Norman Dums, 24, of Rib Lake, was traveling northbound on CTH C, on October 10, at 7:30 p.m., in the town of Deer Creek. Dums was following a chopper box being pulled by a tractor owned by Sylvin M. Wenger, of Stetsonville. Wenger’s son, Lydell H. Wenger, 11, was the driver of the tractor. Dums advised he was unable to see the chopper box until it was too late to stop and he collided with Wenger’s chopper box with the front end of his truck. Dums’ vehicle was towed due to disabling damage, but removed from the scene by himself.

Joseph Robert Davis, 26, of Kennan, was traveling southbound on Larson Dr., in a truck owned by Nancy Dick Trucking, of Medford, on October 5, at 3:08 p.m., in the town of Holway. Davis caught the right shoulder and rolled into the ditch. The vehicle was towed due to disabling damage. Operating the motor vehicle in a careless, inattentive or erratic manner was a factor in the accident. Davis was issued a citation for inattentive driving.

Natasha Sue Bratland, 31, of Lublin, was traveling on CTH F on October 16, at 7:10 a.m., in the town of Roosevelt. Bratland swerved sharply to the left and entered the ditch, coming to rest in steep ditch near culvert and driveway embankment. Bratland did not report accident, a passerby did later. Phone contact was made with driver who stated she swerved to miss a deer. Bratland was issued a citation for failure of operator to notify police of accident.

Roy Werner Dolens, 62, of Ogema, was traveling northbound on CTH C, on October 15, at 6:59 p.m., in the town of Goodrich. Dolens’ vehicle struck a cow and came to rest facing north and sustained disabling damage. Dolens’ vehicle was towed due to disabling damage.
