Trevor P. Davis, 38, of Medford, pled not guilty to the following charges: non-registration of vehicle- auto< 10,000 lbs., disorderly conduct-domestic abuse, and operate firearm while intoxicated. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for September 15, at 4 p.m. A status hearing is scheduled for October 6, at 3:30 p.m.

Brittany Nicole Fellenz, 28, of Withee, pled not guilty to the following charges: operating while suspended, non-registration of vehicle-auto <10,000 lbs., failure of operator to notify police of accident, operating a motor vehicle without insurance. A motion in limine was filed for charges of knowingly operating while suspended (cause great bodily harm) and felony bail-jumping. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for September 29, at 9 a.m. A status hearing is scheduled for October 26, at 3 p.m.

Vincent Richard Laux, 35, of Medford, pled not guilty to off-highway motorcycle-operate on highway and operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal). A pre-trial conference is scheduled for September 15, at 3:15 p.m.

Heather S. Thierer, 34, of Wisconsin Rapids, pled not guilty to a charge of unlawful phone use-threatens harm. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for September 29, at 8:45 a.m. A status hearing is scheduled for October 26, at 2:45 p.m.

Trenton James Geiger, 22, pled not guilty (written plea) to charges of OWI (1st offense), operating left of center, and operating with PAC >=0.15 (1st offense). A pre-trial conference is scheduled for September 13, at 9 a.m.

Harout Krikorian, 51, of Medford, pled no contest to speeding in 55 mph zone (30-34 mph over). A $50 payment is due on September 14. Remaining fine balance is $245.

David Laven Lunsman, 45, of Medford, pled not guilty to exceeding speed zones (11-15 mph over). A pre-trial conference is scheduled for September 13, at 8:30 a.m. A court trial is scheduled for October 18, at 10:30 a.m.

Kenneth N. Petersen, 67, of Rib Lake, pled not guilty (written plea) to seven counts of car dealer/wholesaler fail/licensed. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for September 15, at 1:15 p.m. A court trial is scheduled for October 18, at 10:30 a.m.

Lawrence James Sowatzke, 19, of Medford, pled no contest to disorderly conduct-domestic. A $47.54 payment is due September 14, leaving the remaining fine balance at $111.04.

Jesse L. Stibbe, 40, of Gilman, pled not guilty to OWI (3rd offense), operating with PAC (3rd offense) and possession open intoxicants in MV-driver. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for August 25, at 2 p.m.

Cody Travis Hamm, 22, of Medford, pled guilty to OWI (1st offense). His license was revoked for seven months, he must complete AODA, follow through with the driver safety plan and any other recommended treatment. He is ordered to pay a fine of $876. A charge of operating with PAC >=.08, <0.15 (1st offense) was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Jared D. Roiger, 32, of Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty of OWI (3rd offense). A charge of operating with PAC (3rd offense) was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. Roiger’s license was revoked for 24 months. A local jail sentence of 45 days began immediately and can be served with huber and good time. Roiger must submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department. Upon reinstating of licensure, an ignition interlock system will be installed for one year. Roiger shall undergo AODA and comply with the driver safety plan. Roiger shall pay the fine and costs of $1,786 to the Taylor County Clerk of Courts office at the rate of $50/ month beginning on September 16.

Charles R. Kuhn, 40, of Medford, pled guilty to a charge of battery-domestic abuse. Sentence was withheld and a probation of two years was ordered. Kuhn shall submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department. The costs of $543 shall be paid a the rate of $25/month beginning October 1. Kuhn shall write a letter of apology to the victims due within 30 days of sentencing and pre-approved by probation. Kuhn shall undergo an AODA and comply with the treatment recommendations.

Kuhn pled guilty to burglary-building or dwelling (party to a crime). Sentence was withheld and a probation of three years was ordered with similar stipulations as shown above. Restitution shall be determined within 30 days. The fine of $518 shall be paid at the rate $25/month beginning October 1.

Charges of receiving or concealing stolen property (<=$2,500) (party to a crime), possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of strangulation and suffocationdomestic abuse and two counts of battery-domestic abuse were dismissed but read in court.

Edward P. Peterson, 41, of Stetsonville pled not guilty to disorderly conduct-domestic abuse [infliction of physical pain and injury]. The charge was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Niko Fieselman, 33, of Owen pled not guilty to animal nuisance (1st offense). The charge was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
