Elijah M. Zastrow aka Elijah Michael Zastrow, 17, of Marathon City, pled not guilty to homicide by negligent operation/vehicle. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for March 22, at 9 a.m. A status hearing is scheduled for May 24, at 10:30 a.m.

Patrick L. Adams, 40, of Rib Lake, pled guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, which was amended from misdemeanor bail-jumping. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $330.50. The costs shall be paid at the rate of $50 bi-weekly beginning on March 4.

Christian T. Belgram, 21, of Medford, pled guilty to disorderly conduct-domestic abuse. Sentence was withheld and a probation of 1 year was ordered. Belgram must submit a DNA sample, and obtain a GED or HSED at discretion of agent. He shall also write a letter of apology to victim due within 30 days and pre-approved by agent. Belgram shall undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by agent and pay supervision fees of $543 as ordered by Department of Corrections.

Elaina Viola Jaslowski, 19, of Medford, pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle without insurance. She was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $200.50.

Vienea T. Lebar, 26, of Medford pled guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, which was amended from a battery charge. She was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $330.50, which shall be paid in full by March 4. Lebar pled no contest and was found guilty to misdemeanor bail-jumping. She shall submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department. The costs of $443 shall be paid in full by March 4.

Robert W. Monroe, 32, of Medford, pled guilty to possession of THC. He was ordered a local jail sentence of 15 days, which can be served with huber and good time. Monroe must submit to a DNA sample. Court ordered a payment plan of $50/month beginning March 15, until the total cost of $443 is paid in full. A charge of felony bail-jumping was dismissed but read in court.

Phillip Anthony Gagliano, 51, of Marshfield, pled no contest and was found guilty of speeding in 55 mph zone (1-10 mph over). This charge was amended from speeding in 55 mph zone (11-15 mph over). He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $175.30.

Eric D. Jensen, 40, of Plymouth, pled no contest and was found guilty of possession of THC (repeater) and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (repeater). Sentence was withheld and probation of 18 months was ordered. Defendant shall submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department. The costs of $901 shall be paid directly to the Taylor County Clerk of Court at the rate of $25/month beginning May 2. Jensen shall undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation and undergo AODA and comply with treatment recommendations. A charge of maintaining drug trafficking place (repeater) was dismissed but read in court.

Tari L. Kenner, 42, of Gilman, pled no contest to disorderly conduct (domestic abuse). Kenner entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of 1 year. Upon successful completion of the agreement the state will move to dismiss the charge.

Kenner also pled no contest to disorderly conduct, this charge was amended from contact after domestic abuse arrest. She was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $330.50. A charge of criminal damage to property was dismissed but read in court.

Brian Gene Kraay, 55, of Westboro, pled no contest to failing to maintain holding/septic tanks. Kraay entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of 4 years. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the court will dismiss the case.

Allan Michael Metz, 26, of Medford pled no contest and was found guilty of OWI (first offense). His license was revoked for 6 months due to alcohol assessment and Metz must complete AODA and follow through with a driver safety plan. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $811.50. A charge of refuse to take test for intoxication after arrest was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Robert W. Monroe, 32, of Rib Lake, pled no contest to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $330.50. Two charges of felony bailjumping were dismissed but read in court.

Gary R. Noland, 52, of Rib Lake pled no contest to OWI (2nd offense). His license was revoked for 16 months and upon reinstatement of licensure, an ignition interlock system will be installed for 1 year. Noland shall undergo AODA and comply with the driver safety plan. Noland shall also serve a jail sentence of 45 days that can begin no later than April 22, at 4:30 p.m. He shall pay forfeiture of $1666. A charge of operating w/ PAC (2nd offense) was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. A charge of operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal 4th+offense) was dismissed but read in court.

Noland also pled no contest to misdemeanor bailjumping. He was ordered to pay costs of $443 which shall be paid at the rate of $200/month beginning March 22. Noland must also submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department.

A charge of intentionally mistreating animals and resisting or obstructing an officer was dismissed but read in court.

Jonathon Steven Revord, 22, of Medford, pled no contest to operating a motor vehicle without insurance. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $200.50. He also pled no contest to non-registration of vehicle-auto <10,000 lbs. and was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $175.30.

Tyler C. Sparby, 31, of Medford pled no contest to otherwise disorderly conduct-domestic abuse, which was amended from disorderly conduct. He was ordered to pay restitution costs of $954.50. Sparby must submit to a DNA sample.

The following divorce was granted: Reba Marie Moose, of Medford, and Darren W. Moose Jr., of Medford, on February 24.
