Jose J. Ortiz, 24, of Rib Lake, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct-domestic. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for February 22, at 3:30 p.m. A status hearing is scheduled for March 2, at 3:45 p.m.

Patrick L. Adams, 40, of Rib Lake, pled not guilty to misdemeanor bail-jumping. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for February 22, at 2:30 p.m.

$258.10—Daniel Charles Hoffman, 62, of Dorchester, pled no contest to illegal loaded firearm (not handgun) in motorized vehicle. A charge of place, use, hunt wild animals with bait (<5 gallons) was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

$263.50—Stacey A. Jankowsky, 41, of Bruce, pled guilty to possession of Marijuana. The charge was amended from possession of THC. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (party to a crime) was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

$263.50—Randy Jo Uhren, 21, of Hawkins, pled no contest to underage drinking- possess- 17-20 (1st offense). A charge of deposit or discharge solid waste on public or private property (<10 gallons) was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Robert J. Nealey, 44, of West Bend, pled no contest to failing to support child (120+days)(Felony I). Sentence was withheld and a probation of 1 year was ordered. Nealey paid restitution in the amount of $10,841.48 directly to the Wisconsin Support Collections Trust Fund. Nealey shall submit a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department. He shall also undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation. Two other separate charges of failing to support child (120+days) were dismissed but read in court.

The following divorce was granted: Margaret E. Nelson, of Antigo, and Craig M. Nelson, of Medford, on January 27.
