Ty Kenneth Sova, 17, of Withee, pled not guilty to exceeding speed zones (20-24 mph over). A pre-trial conference is scheduled for January 26, 2022, at 11 a.m. A court trial is scheduled for February 15, 2022, at 10 a.m.

Rob Lee Treankler, 58, of Medford, pled not guilty to retail theft. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for January 11, 2022, at 11 a.m. A court trial is scheduled for February 15, 2022, at 10:30 a.m.

Lindsey Marie Vanluven, 27, of Medford, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for January 26, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. A court trial is scheduled for February 15, 2022, at 10 a.m.

James L. Penoyer, 57, of Sheldon, pled not guilty to impeding traffic by slow speed. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for January 26, 2022, at 2 p.m. A court trial is scheduled for February 15, 2022, at 10 a.m.

Paul Richard Penzkover, 50, of Minnestrista, MN, pled not guilty to speeding in 55 mph zone (20-24 mph over). A pre-trial conference is scheduled for February 8, 2022, at 10 a.m. A court trial is scheduled for February 15, 2022, at 10 a.m.

Jamie R. Pester, 42, pled not guilty to failure to maintain holding/septic tanks. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for January 11, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. A court trial is scheduled for February 15, 2022, at 10:30 a.m.

Phillip Anthony Gagliano, 51, of Marshfield, pled not guilty to speeding in 55 mph zone (11-15 mph over). A pretrial conference is scheduled for February 8, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. A court trial is scheduled for February 15, 2022, at 10 a.m.

Douglas James Pinkston, 83, pled not guilty to failure to maintain holding/septic tanks. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for January 11, 2022, at 10 a.m. A court trial is scheduled for February 15, 2022, at 10:30 a.m.

Joseph A. Kennedy, 73, of Medford, was charged with

failure to maintain holding/septic tanks. Charge was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Branden Eugene Butcher, 17, of Medford, is charged with possessing tobacco on school property. Butcher entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for the period of six months. Upon successful completion of the Smoking Cessation program, the court will dismiss the case.

Eryka Ann Seidl, 16, of Medford, is charged with failure to yield while making a left turn. Seidl entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for the period of six months. Upon successful completion of the First Offenders Program, the court will dismiss the case.

Raleigh J. Wallace, 17, of Gilman is charged with failure to stop for unloading school bus. Wallace entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for the period of six months. Upon successful completion of the First Offenders Program, the court will dismiss the case.

Kiersten P. Webster, 16, of Gilman is charged with failure to stop for unloading school bus. Webster entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for the period of six months. Upon successful completion of the First Offenders Program, the court will dismiss the case.
