Allen Rae Nerkins, 32, of Owen, pled not guilty to operating a vehicle without a valid license (3rd+ within 3 years). Pre-trial conference scheduled for November 12 at 9 a.m.

Bernard W. Robertson, 52, of Chippewa Falls, pled not guilty to burglary of a building or dwelling (party to a crime), and theft of a movable property <=$2500 (party to a crime). Pre-trial conference scheduled for November 17 at 1:30 p.m. A status hearing is scheduled for December 20 at 2:15 p.m.

Jacob John Thums, 22, of Medford, pled not guilty to one count of felony bail-jumping, one count of OWI (2nd offense), and one count of operating with PAC (2nd offense). A status hearing is scheduled for November 22 at 3:15 p.m.

Jacob J. Wasserman, 19, pled not guilty to a misdemeanor bail-jumping. Pre-trial conference scheduled for November 8 at 4 p.m.

Megan J. Crow, 29, of Medford, pled not guilty to one count of disorderly conduct-domestic, and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Status hearing is scheduled for October 25 at 2:15 p.m.

Donald Kent Hardy, 37, of Medford, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct-domestic. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for November 9 at 8:30 a.m. A court trial is scheduled for December 21 at 10 a.m.

Jayson Roy Hippe, 40, of Dorchester, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for November 8 at 3 p.m. A court trial is scheduled for December 21 at 10:30 a.m.

Elijah Michael Zastrow, 17, of Marathon City, pled not guilty to failing to keep vehicle under control, operating left of the center line, and unreasonable and imprudent speed.

Celio Jose Acuna Arauz, 24, of Abbotsford, pled no contest and was found guilty of the following charges: Operating a motor vehicle without insurance. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $200.50. Speeding in a 55 mph zone (25-29 mph over). His license was suspended and was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $250.90. Operating without a valid license (1st violation). He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $200.50.

Aden Abdulkadir, 63, of Columbus, Ohio, pled no contest and was found guilty of interstate record of duty status. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $263.50. He was also charged with failing to wear a seatbelt and was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $18.

Brad Anthony Blair, 31, of Ogema, pled no contest and was found guilty of inattentive driving. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $187.90.

Dale Clarence Bower, 74, of Hocombe, pled no contest and was found guilty of speeding in a 55 mph zone (11-15 mph over). He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $175.30.

Macey Robin Brayshaw, 24, of Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty of exceeding speed zones (16-19 mph over). She was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $200.50.

Deer Creek Ranch, LLC, of Stetsonville, pled no contest and was found guilty of depositing deleterious substance in waters. The company was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $464.10.

Jeramie R. Duellman, 44, of Lublin, pled no contest and was found guilty of failing to display lighted headlamp and taillamp on an ATV or UTV. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $232.00. He also pled no contest and was found guilty of failing to take an Alcohol test (1st offense). He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $452.50 and to take an alcohol assesment. A charge of operating a ATV or UTV while intoxicated was dismissed on court’s own motion.

Travis Jay Emmerich, 29, of Medford, pled not guilty to inattentive driving, and failing to notify police of accident. A pre-trial conference is scheduled on November 8 at 1:30 p.m. A court trial is scheduled for December 21, at 10:30 a.m.

Lucas F. Higgins, 29, of Medford, pled not guilty to operating with PAC (2nd offense), OWI (2nd offense). A pre-trial conference is scheduled for November 8, at 1 p.m.

Lucas Franz-Sherman Higgins pled not guilty to operating a motor vehicle without insurance. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for November 8 at 1 p.m.

Karissa Elizabeth Shotliff, 20, of Medford, pled not guilty to operating with out a valid license (1st violation). A pre-trial conference is scheduled for November 9 at 9:00 a.m. A court trial is scheduled for December 21, at 10 a.m.

Tanner Michael Vlach, 17, made no plea to exceeding speed zones (11-15 mph over). Upon successful completion of the First Offenders Program, the court will dismiss this case.

Brandon Dominique Hervey, 30, of Wausau, pled no contest and was found guilty of disorderly conduct. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $263.50.

Matthew J. Euclide, 23, of Rib Lake, pled no contest and was found guilty of depositing or discharging solid waste on public or private property (<10 gallons). He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $200.50.

Richard Donald Farmer, 61, of Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty of depositing or discharge of solid waste on public or private property (10-30 gallons). He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $263.50. He pled no contest and was found guilty to setting a fire without extinguishing the fire. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $175.30.

Ryan William Hana, 23, of Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty of operating a vehicle while failing to wear a seatbelt. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $18.

Brett Michael Jacobs, 25, of Spencer, pled no contest and was found guilty of failing to wear a seat belt. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $18.

Aiden Anthony Mark Johnson, 17, of Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty to speeding on a city highway (11-15 mph over). He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $175.30.

Terri Lynn Laux, 32, of Dorchester, pled no contest and was found guilty of non-registration of vehicleauto <10,000 lbs. She was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $175.30.

Anthony D. Marshall, 32, of Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty of trespassing. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $200.50.

Sheldon John Mayer, 73, of Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty of following an automobile too closely. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $200.50.

Kalyn R. Mcatee, 17, of Appleton, pled no contest and was found guilty to retail theft. She was ordered to pay a forfeiture/restitution of $442.20.

Brady Carrick Mccanna, 18, pled no contest and was found guilty of speeding in a 55 mph zone (16-19 mph over). He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $200.50.

Daniel E. Miller, 36, of Sheldon, pled no contest and was found guilty of trespassing. He was ordered to pay a fine of $200.50.

Levi E. Miller, 28, of New Auburn, pled no contest and was found guilty of trespassing. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $200.50.

Kyle Dixon Newton, 39, of Wausau, pled no contest and was found guilty of disorderly conduct. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $263.50.

Courtney Ann Okerglicki, 24, of Stanley, pled no contest and was found guilty of inattentive driving. She was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $187.90. She also pled no contest and was found guilty to unreasonable and imprudent speed. She was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $213.10.

Michael Thomas Olson, 48, of Westboro, pled no contest and was found guilty of operating an ATV or UTV without required headgear. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $162.70.

John Phillip Payne, 52, of Athens, pled no contest and was found guilty of operating a vehicle without wearing a seatbelt. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $18.

Jeffery Allen Pederson, 60, of Ripon, pled no contest and was found guilty of failing to obey traffic officer/ signal. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $183.30.

Heather Renne Rouse, 29, of Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty of non-registration of a vehicle (auto <10,000 lbs). She was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $175.30. She also pled no contest and was found guilty of operating without a valid driver’s license (1st violation). She was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $200.50.

Nicholas George Schlagenhaft, 29, of Loyal, pled no contest and was found guilty of failing to wear a seat belt. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $18.

Bryan Kenneth Schultz, 59, of Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty of discharging dredged or fill material in wetland without permit. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $1,597.50.

Suzanne M. Westphal, 60, of Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty of non-registration of vehicle (Auto <10,000 lbs). She was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $175.30.

Edward Glenn Williams, 26, of Rib Lake, pled no contest and was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle without insurance. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $200.50.

Damien Joshua Ziehlke, 17, pled no contest and was found guilty of two counts of retail theft. He was ordered to pay two forfeitures of $389.50 each.

Payton Elva Feyen, 26, of Medford, pled guilty and was found guilty of trespassing. She was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $200.50.

Trevor John Schmitt, 21, of Lublin, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without an adequate muffler. Charge was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
