Chiefs give it their all in road game at Siren

In what would be the first complete game of the season for the Cornell football squad, an away game at Siren Sept. 3, saw the Chiefs tested. Siren scored first on the night, with a touchdown, to go up 7-0, but junior Avery Turany quickly got Cornell on the board, as well.

A seven-yard run and an extra point kick by senior Brodie Braaten evened the score. A touchdown from Siren sent them back up by 13-7 at the end of the first quarter. Siren scored three more times before halftime, while Cornell remained scoreless in the second quarter.
