Knights’ season at an end

Making one final appearance, the Cornell-Lake Holcombe Knights Golf squad headed to Winter, May 26, facing off against the competition at Barker Lake Golf Course.

Sophomore Olivia Keiser was again the lone varsity player, recording a score of 87.

Olivia shot a 87 at yesterday’s match.  Because the team does not have enough athletes able to compete, the Knights will not be at Regionals this year.

“The goal is to compete next year, with nearly every golfer returning,” said coach Dan Wimmer.
