Chieftains downed by high-scoring Prentice

By Ginna Young Starting off the season, the Lake Holcombe boys basketball squad was on the road at Prentice, in a non-conference match-up Dec. 14. The first half was slow pickings on the scoreboard for the visiting Chieftains and they went into the break down 37-12. Lake Holcombe came out of halftime determined to put more points on the board, which they did, but by then, Prentice had too big a lead.
