The following made initial appearances in court and entered pleas of not guilty: Lawrence J. Bohmbach, 47, Rib Lake, disorderly conduct; Danielle P-A. Burch, 27, Gilman, hit-and-run to property adjacent to a highway, failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to keep vehicle under control; Alexander G. Holtz, 18, Oshkosh, two counts of failure to complete registration as required (bear, deer, sharp-tailed grouse or turkey) and one count of taking or attempt to take game without valid authorization or tag; Steven J. Holtz, 52, Colby, taking or attempt to take game without valid authorization or tag; Deborah A. Johnson, 58, Owen, discharging holding tank waste onto surface of ground; Lane D. Larock, 16, Withee, reckless driving-endangering safety; Michael G. Meyer, 63, Gilman, possession of fish over bag limit; Rochelle P. Strum, 36, Eau Claire, operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC)-second offense and operating while under the influence-second offense; Brian L. Thompson, 49, Gilman, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating while suspended; Doretha L. Walters, 45, Colby, operating without a valid license-second offense within three years; Adam G. Frederick, 34, Marshfield, reckless driving-endangering safety; Audrey J. Green, 83, Withee, operating left of center; Stefanie K. Matthias, 35, Medford, operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance; Michael J. Mitchem, 44, Park Falls, theft.

Emily N. Gajewski, 18, Hayward, made an initial appearance in court and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of six months for a charge of speeding 16-19 mph over the limit. Upon successful completion of the first offenders program, the court will dismiss the case.

Bryce A. Nichols, 20, Gilman, pled guilty to hunting turkey without a valid permit. He forfeited $493.30; his DNR privileges were revoked/suspended for three years; and he must forfeit the compound bow and quiver to the DNR.

Nichols also pled guilty to three separate charges of taking or attempt to take game without valid authorization or tag. He forfeited $399.25, $411.25 and $399.25.

John O. Bunkelman, 17, Medford, pled guilty to an amended charge of truancy-second or greater offense and forfeited $263.50. The original charge had been truancy- first offense.

$515.50: Ezekiel J. Glick, 21, Medford, resisting/obstructing an officer. $326.50: Hunter J. Tischer, 18, Gilman, failure to stop for an unloading school bus.

$263.50: Seairra S. Frombach, 23, Medford, possession of drug paraphernalia.

$232: Carter N. Sapinski, 22, Medford, operating an ATV or UTV without a valid registration.

$225.70: John E. Mast Jr., 42, Mauldin, S.C., speeding 20-24 mph over the limit.

$213.10: William B. Stewart, 29, Westboro, passing in a no passing zone.

$200.50: Travis J. Akey, 36, Withee, operating a motor vehicle without insurance; Bridget C. M. Briggs, 26, Rib Lake, speeding 16-19 mph over the limit; James E. Glebke, 66, Gilman, operating a motor vehicle without insurance; Dustin M. Jensen, 28, Rib Lake, operating a motor vehicle without insurance; Devon J. Wicks, 21, Rib Lake, operating while suspended; Nicholas H. Wiitala, 21, Ogema, speeding 16-19 mph over the limit.

$187.90: Travis J. Akey, 36, Withee, inattentive driving.

$175.30: James O. Hanish, 39, Medford, failure to stop at a stop sign; Brock D. Hartmann, 21, Athens, failure to yield for yield sign; Eileen L. Monson, 59, Gilman, speeding 11-15 mph over the limit; Carter N. Sapinski, 22, Medford, non-registration of vehicle; Devon J. Wicks, 21, Rib Lake, speeding 11-15 mph over the limit; Trenton J. Willms-Makovsky, 20, Westboro, improper registration of vehicle.

$150.10: James M. Kraemer, 36, Medford, UTV-underage operation (party to violation).

$10 seatbelt violation: Michael J. Alexander, 21, Medford.

$10 proof of insurance violation: Danielle L. Stiel-Mercer, 35, Athens; Ronald W. Theriault, 51, Prentice.
