The following appeared in court and entered pleas of not guilty: Jacob R. Scotty, 35, Rib Lake, first degree child sex assault-sexual contact with person under age of 13 (lifetime supervision of serious sex offenders), child enticement-sexual contact (lifetime supervision of serious sex offenders) and felony bail jumping; Kenneth H. Van Treese a.k.a. Kenneth Herbert Van Treese III, 32, Fairview, Okla., vehicle operator fleeing or eluding an officer (repeater), criminal trespass to a dwelling (repeater), criminal damage to property (repeater), resisting or obstructing an officer, two counts of felony bail jumping, misdemeanor bail jumping, operating while under the influence-fifth offense, operating while revoked and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC)-fifth offense.

Bobbie Jo Malloy, 41, Wisconsin Rapids, April A. Parker, 42, Tomah, and Gina L. Zerneke, 50, Wausau, each pled no contest to theft and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of 48 days. Upon successful completion of each agreement, the court will dismiss that case.

Kevin M. Eaton Beirley, 31, Grants Pass, Ore., pled no contest to separate charges of non-registration of vehicle and speeding 11-15 mph over the limit. He forfeited $175.30 for each offense.

Eaton Beirley also pled no contest to a separate charge of operating while suspended and forfeited $200.50.

Justina J. Fredrickson, 22, Rice Lake, pled no contest to an amended charge of an ordinance violation for possession of drug paraphernalia and forfeited $330.50.

Josiah J. Kellner, 24, Medford, pled no contest to a reduced charge of speeding 16-19 mph over the limit and forfeited $200.50.

Jeffery J. Reuter, 36, Medford, pled guilty to operating while under the influence-third offense. Reuter was sentenced to serve 45 days in jail; pay a forfeiture of $1,792; submit to a DNA sample; his driver’s license was revoked for 26 months; an ignition interlock device is to be installed on his vehicle for 13 months; and he must complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with the driver safety plan. A count of operating with a PAC-third offense was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.

Catherine L. Taber, 66, Medford, pled no contest to an amended charge of operating without a valid licensefi rst offense and forfeited $267.50. The original charge had been operating while revoked.

Mikayla L. Fellenz, 22, Stetsonville, pled guilty to possession of THC. She was sentenced to serve four months in jail, pay a forfeiture of $886 and submit to a DNA sample. Sentence was imposed and stayed and Fellenz was placed on probation for two years on the condition she pay a forfeiture of $443 and supervision fees as ordered by the Department of Corrections; submit to a DNA sample; undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by the probationary agent; and successfully complete the Taylor County drug treatment court and pay the participation fee. Fellenz also pled guilty to a count of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was sentenced to serve four months in jail, pay a forfeiture of $886 and submit to a DNA sample. Sentence was imposed and stayed and Fellenz was placed on probation for two year. Forfeiture and conditions are the same as for her other probation. Fellenz also pled guilty to a count of possession of methamphetamine and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of two years. As terms of the agreement, she must not commit any criminal offenses during the period of the agreement; notify the Taylor County district attorney and clerk of court offices of any address change within 10 days; successfully complete the Taylor County drug treatment court and pay the participation fee; and successfully complete her two-year probationary period. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the state will move to dismiss the count.

Separate charges of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia against Fellenz were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.
