Jesse A. Sommer, 36, Rib Lake, pled no contest to operating while under the influence-first offense (PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 percent). Sommer forfeited $972.50: his driver’s license was revoked for seven months; an ignition interlock device is to be installed on his vehicle for 12 months; he must attend the victim impact panel; and he must complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with a driver safety plan.

A separate charge of operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 percent-first offense was dismissed on the court’s own motion.

Sommer also pled no contest to possession of drug paraphernalia and forfeited $263.50.
