OURT Court dates April 16-30 Kyle M. Helgeson, 34, Onalaska, was fined $5,838 for manufacturing/delivering heroin (greater than 50 grams, as party to a crime), two counts of felony bail jumping (repeater), possession of narcotic drugs (repeater), two counts of operating while intoxicated (OWI, second and third), and driving or operating a vehicle without consent. He was sentenced to six years in state prison, and 12 months and 15 days in local jail. He will be placed under extended supervision for seven years, have his license revoked 36 months and be required to use an ignition interlock device for 36 months. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include two counts of manufacturing/ delivering Schedule I, II narcotics (second and subsequent offense, repeater); two counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety (repeater); 12 counts of felony bail jumping (repeater), possession of drug paraphernalia (as party to a crime, repeater); possession of narcotic drugs (repeater, second and subsequent offense); and two counts of operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal).
Juan Jimenez Alatorre, 41, Colby, was fined $3,836 for two counts of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments). His jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for one year. Charges of knowingly violating a domestic abuse order — injunction (domestic abuse assessments), misdemeanor bail jumping, battery (domestic abuse assessments, infliction of physical pain or injury) and fourth-degree sexual assault (domestic abuse assessments) were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Ashley Joann McGargill, 38, Fond du Lac, was fined $2,256 for possession of methamphetamine; operating with a restricted, controlled substance (first, amended from second); two counts of shoplifting less than $50; and retail theft. She was sentenced to two years in state prison and an additional year of extended supervision. She had her license revoked six months and will be required to undergo an alcohol assessment. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were possession of THC (second- plus offense), OWI (second), operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal, fourth-plus) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kathia Rodriguez Castron, 23, Curtiss, was fined $1,766 for two counts of neglecting a child (specified harm did not occur). She was sentenced to four months in local jail.
Chase Michael-James Gutenberger, 28, Colby, was fined $1,723 for OWI (second). He was sentenced to 30 days in local jail and had his license revoked for 16 months. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device for 16 months and complete an alcohol assessment. Charges of operating while revoked (first), unsafe backing of a vehicle, failure of operator to notify police of an accident and operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/ controlled substance/refusal) were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Ryan J. Mason, 40, Thorp, was fined $543 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for one year. A charge of misdemeanor bail jumping was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Jasmine J. Drinka, 21, Neillsville, was fined $443 for possessing amphetamine/LSD/psilocin. Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for one year.
Danquil Stephon Johnson, 29, Rothschild, was fined $443 for disorderly conduct. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for one year. Another count of disorderly conduct was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Abbyland Trucking, Curtiss, was fined $6,504.55 for violating Class A highway weight limits.
Travis Ryan Bass, 39, Sauk Centre, Minn., was fined $2,712.90 for four counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Six additional counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and one count of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments) were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Jonathon Edward Druckey, Spring Green, was fined $1,494.40 for violating Class A highway weight limits.
Darren William Block, 34, Black River Falls, was fined $1,201 for OWI (first) and possession of drug paraphernalia. He had his license revoked six months and will be required to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Christopher Charles Statz, 30, Neillsville, was fined $1,032.75 for purchasing an improper license and two counts of possessing, loaning or borrowing another’s license. He had his DNR license suspended for 12 months.
Brock Matthew Woodman, 27, Beloit, was fined $837.30 for failure to register harvested animal within established timeframe and two counts of hunting with improper license - R.
Jarick Lee Young, 19, Loyal, was fined $779 for a Uniform Controlled Substance Act violation and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Zachery Robert Stift, 26, Neillsville, was fined $777.90 for failure of operator to notify police of an accident, unsafe lane deviation and failure to keep vehicle under control.
Seidl Transport LLC, Hewitt, was fined $672.18 for violating Class A highway weight limits.
