OURT Court dates April 1–15 Lindsey R. Jorgensen, 32, Wausau, was fined $3,492 for felony bail jumping, resisting or obstructing an officer, possession of methamphetamine and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments). She was placed on probation for two years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were 11 additional counts of felony bail jumping, possession of THC, possession of methamphetamine (as party to a crime), possession of THC (second-plus offense, as party to a crime) and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia (as party to a crime).

Justin Scott Volkaitis, 39, Marshfield, was fined $2,994 for OWI (third, alcohol fine enhancer), misdemeanor bail jumping and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments). He was sentenced to 75 days in jail, with all but 14 days of the sentence stayed until further court order. He will also be put on probation for two years. A charge of battery (domestic abuse assessments, infliction of physical pain or injury) was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Jason L. Krueger, 41, Withee, was fined $2,197 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, fourth). He was sentenced to 245 days in local jail. He had his license revoked for 36 months and will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were possession of narcotic drugs and operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal).

Davida L. Thompson, 49, Greenwood, was fined $1,872 for OWI (second) and disorderly conduct. She was placed on probation for two years. She had her license revoked for 12 months and will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500 and misdemeanor bail jumping were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Micah T. Hinrichs, 29, Menomonie, was fined $1,429 for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC, second). He was sentenced to 15 days in local jail. He had his license revoked for 12 months and will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment. Charges of speeding in a 55 mph zone (16-19 mph) and operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/ controlled substance/refusal) were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Jorge D. Escribano, 24, Portage, was fined $1,198.96 for criminal damage to property. He was sentenced to 60 days in local jail, concurrent with jail sentence he is currently serving, and to pay restitution for the property damage. A charge of misdemeanor bail jumping was dismissed but read in.

Ashley J. McGargill, 38, Fond du Lac, was fined $886 for resisting or obstructing an officer (repeater) and criminal trespass to dwelling (repeater). Her jail sentence was stayed and she was placed on probation for two years. A charge of felony bail jumping was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Tanya L. Kostka, 40, Merrillan, was fined $543 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments). She was placed on probation for 12 months.

Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Jonathan R. Mason, 37, Thorp, was fined $849.57 for disorderly conduct. A charge of criminal damage to property was dismissed but read in to the court record. He will be required to pay restitution for the damage done.

Chad Ryan Simonson, 37, Mahtomedi, Minn., was fined $687 for two counts of refusal/failure to exhibit a valid carcass tag/registration verification number to a DNR warden.

David Thomas Ciolkosz, Boyd, was fined $634 for violating Class A Highway weight limits.

Brenna Kay Joachim, 44, Amery, was fined $620.40 for operating a UTV without each person wearing the required safety belt and operating a UTV or ATV in a careless way.

Trey David Stumpner, 24, Cadott, was fined $579 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal, fourth-plus).

Scott Giera, 50, Waukesha, was fined $586.50 for possessing birds, etc. in excess of the bag limit and failure to register a harvested animal within the established timeframe. He had Chapter 29 privileges revoked for one year and was required to forfeit the racks and crossbow used.

Hunter Andrew Hildebrandt, 25, Spencer, was fined $266.65 for hunting with an improper license.

Adam J. Schmidt, 23, Milwaukee, was fined $266.65 for hunting with an improper license.

Randy Joseph Susa, 43, Greenwood, was fined $222.90 for hunting within 50 feet of the road’s center.

Adrian Toga Velasco, 37, Dorchester, was fined $213.10 for operating left of center.

Maria Guadalupe Garcia Jacinto, 23, Neillsville, was fined $200.50 for operating a motor vehicle by a permittee without an authorized person over 21.

Logan Bradley King, 20, Granton, was fined $200.50 for operating without carrying a license.

Makaila Allison Wolf, 17, Greenwood, was fined $200.50 for disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle, amended from operating without a valid license (first).

Jeannie P. Smith, 62, Loyal, was fined $175.30 for speedometer violations (amended from speeding in a 55 mph zone, 16-19 mph).

Gavin Hansen, 31, Chili, was fined $50 for refusal to take a test for intoxication after an arrest. He had his license revoked 12 months and will be required to undergo an alcohol assessment.
