OURT Court dates March 16-31 Mynor Santiago Perez, 22, Abbotsford, was fined $3,708 for misdemeanor bail jumping, two counts of disorderly conduct (one with a domestic abuse modifier) and criminal trespass to a dwelling. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail and will be placed on probation for two years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include stalking (domestic abuse assessments), another count of misdemeanor bail jumping, three additional counts of disorderly conduct (two with a domestic abuse modifier), criminal damage to property (domestic abuse assessments), contact after domestic abuse arrest and another count of misdemeanor bail jumping.

Jose Luis Calderon Ortiz, 28, Abbotsford, was fined $2,215 for four counts of battery (as party to a crime) and one count of disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 30 days of jail and three years of probation.

Fernando Estrata Mennenga, 47, Loyal, was fined $1,972 for bail jumping – misdemeanor (domestic abuse assessments), disorderly conduct and two counts of battery (one with a domestic abuse modifier). His jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 24 months. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were six counts of felony bail jumping (five with a domestic abuse assessments modifier), an additional charge of battery (domestic abuse assessments) and three additional counts of disorderly conduct (one with a domestic abuse assessments modifier).

Arturo Lopez Martinez, 47, Medford, was fined $1,723 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, first with a passenger less than 16 years old). He was sentenced to 15 days in local jail. He had his license revoked 18 months and will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.

Philip J. Schmidt, 39, Owen, was fined $1,679 for two counts of felony bail jumping (one with a domestic abuse modifier) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments). He was sentenced to one year in jail and will be placed on probation for three years.

Gavin Allen Hansen, 31, Chili, was fined $1,414.10 for OWI (first), operating left of center and keeping open intoxicants in vehicle – driver. He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Salina K. Burchett, 45, Medford, was fined $1,379 for OWI (first with passenger less than 16 years old). She was sentenced to 10 days in local jail. She had her license revoked 14 months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

John R. Calkins, 61, Humbird, was fined $1,275.50 for OWI, operating while suspended and possessing open intoxicants in a motor vehicle – driver. His license was revoked six months and he will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Elvin Javier Castillo Benavides, 28, Colby, was fined $1,138 for OWI (first) and operating without a valid license (first). He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Calvin John Breitrick, 26, Owen, was fined $1,019 for OWI (first). He had his license revoked seven months. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.

Alexander Michael Dunnivant, 21, Owen, was fined $1,019 for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration greater than or equal to 0.08 but less than 0.15 (first). He had his license revoked seven months. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.

Ricky Joe Fitzl, 57, Boyd, was fined $937.50 for OWI (first). He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Juan Ramon Arauz Rodriguez, 36, Dorchester, was fined $811.50 for OWI (first). He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Antonio Hampton, 50, Withee, was fined $543 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for one year.

Dylan Michael North, 26, Greenwood, was fined $518 for sexual assault of student by school staff. He was sentenced to nine months in jail and will be placed on probation for three years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were another count of sexual assault of student by school staff, child enticement – sexual contact and exposing a child to harmful material.

Various other forfeitures (organized by highest dollar amount) Lynn Brothers Farm Partnership, Unity, was fined $3,570.85 for violating Class A Highway weight limits.

Nielsen Transport LLC, Granton, was fined $3,339.05 for violating Class A Highway weight limits and nonregistration of other vehicle. T R Trucking LLC, Stanley, was fined $2,209.40 for violating Class A Highway weight limits.

Nancy Dick Trucking LLC, Medford, was fined $1,999.86 for violating Class A Highway weight limits (two-plus).

Russell Jay Bunkelman, Athens, was fined $1,700 for raw forest product (six-axle) overweight violation.

Jesse David Albrecht, 23, Abbotsford, was fined $1,150 for operating with a restricted, controlled substance (first) and possession of drug paraphernalia. He will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Lynn Dairy Trucking, Granton, was fined $1,148.87 for improper registration of other vehicle and violating Class A Highway weight limits (two-plus).

Olynick Transit Inc., Cadott, was fined $944.34 for violation of frozen road weight limits.

Jeffrey Allen Ackerman, 60, Owen, was fined $779 for possession of drug paraphernalia and a Uniform Controlled Substance Act violation.

Jesse James Bergeron, 21, Eau Claire was fined $779 for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of THC.

Joe Stewart Livestock LLC, Hastings, Minn., was fined $727.50 for failure to mark motor carrier vehicle, non-registration of other vehicle and failure to obtain an International Fuel Tax Agreement.

Leslie Allen Burkhalter, 58, Withee, was fined $701.20 for two counts of junked vehicles and appliances prohibited, and two counts of public nuisances – accumulations of refuse.

Douglas J. Gurney, 45, Neillsville, was fined $642 for ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/ violating court order.

Mark A. Topness, 37, Sparta, was fined $642 for ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/ violating court order. A charge of operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/ refusal) was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Rufino Bautista Pablo, 38, Abbotsford, was fined $579 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).

Henri Zelaya Lopez, 42, Dorchester, was fined $579 for operating without a valid license (third-plus within three years).

Robert Frank Knuth, 56, Granton, was fined $557.40 for failure to keep vehicle under control, failure to stop at stop sign and misuse of 911 – making a request when an emergency does not exist.

Luis Nadir Cruz Corea, 20, Marshfield, was fined $515.50 for resisting or obstructing an officer.

Matthew J. Hanne, 25, Lac Du Flambeau, was fined $456.50 for a Uniformed Controlled Substance Act violation.

Douglas John Hubbard Korenuk, 31, Thorp, was fined $421 for resisting or obstructing an officer.

Cesar Esteban Ixmatlahua Ixmatlahua, 24, Chili, was fined $389.50 for reckless driving – endangering safety.
