OURT Court dates Feb. 15-28 Fernando Jose Alicea Trinta, 29, Dorchester, was fined $2,908 for the following charges: operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC) greater than or equal to 0.08 and less than 0.15 (first), with a passenger less than 16 years old; disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments); violating a restraining order/harassment (domestic abuse assessments); and resisting or obstructing an officer. He was sentenced to five days in local jail and 24 months of probation. He had his license revoked 12 months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

David Joel Ortiz Cruz, 21, Abbotsford, was fined $1,998 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, second) and bail jumping — misdemeanor. He had his license revoked 15 months. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device. Charges of bail jumping — misdemeanor and operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/ controlled substance/refusal) were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Dustin M. Zettler, 32, Abbotsford, was fined $1,234 for OWI (first) and possession of drug paraphernalia. He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Michael Robert Janssen, 60, Eau Claire, was fined $1,049 for OWI (first), with a PAC greater or equal to 0.15. He had his license revoked seven months. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.

Jesus Manuel Onitveros Casales, 52, Marshfield, was fined $1,019 for OWI (first). He had his license revoked seven months. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.

Jorge Escobar Estrada, 27, Curtiss, was fined $1,012 for OWI (first) and operating while suspended. He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Zachary Hale Wydra, 27, Abbotsford, was fined $937.50 for OWI (first). He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Various other forfeitures (organized by highest dollar amount) Assir Ramirez-Perez, 35, Chili, was fined $1,221 for ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/ violate court order and operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal). Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were an additional count of ignition interlock device tampering/ failure to install/violate court order and additional count of operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/ controlled substance/refusal).

Cammie Marie Smith, 50, Neillsville, was fined $799 for obstructing/interfering with an officer and retail theft.

Dalton D. Stai, 28, Neillsville, was fined $779 for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of THC.

Alfredo Lopez Cruz was fined $768 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/ refusal). He also had a charge of ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order dismissed but read in to the court record.

John David Frederickson, 26, Chili, was fined $705 for resisting or obstructing an officer. Charges of possessing open intoxicants in a motor vehicle — driver, failure to keep vehicle under control, vehicle operator failure to wear a seat belt and operating left of center were dismissed but read in to the court record.

MF Transport LLC, Boyd, was fined $688.30 for violation of frozen road limits.

Tru-Grade LLC, Augusta, was fined $648.40 for violating Class A Highway weight limits and federal regulations/ safety — general. Anthony A. Wallace, 49, Owen, was fined $588.90 for a license restriction violation — Class D or M vehicle, operating a vehicle after revocation/suspension of registration and failure to keep vehicle under control.

Eduardo Pena Santiago, 24, Abbotsford, was fined $579 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/ controlled substance/refusal). A charge of ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order was dismissed but read in to the court record.
