OURT Court dates Feb. 1-14 Laura J. Harmon, 57, Owen, was fined $2,197 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, fourth). She was sentenced to 185 days in local jail and had her license revoked 36 months. She will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.

Jack W. Ikhtiari, 43, Eau Claire, was fined $1,564 for three counts of theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500 (repeater, as party to a crime). His jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for two years.

Andrew Darnell King Kimble, 32, Neillsville, was fined $1,504 for criminal damage to property (repeater), disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments) and battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer (repeater). His jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 24 months. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were criminal damage to property (repeater, attempt), disorderly conduct (repeater), mistreatment of animals/cause death (domestic abuse assessments), two counts of driving or operating a vehicle without consent (repeater), seven counts of felony bail jumping (repeater), domestic abuse – infliction of physical pain or injury, resisting or obstructing an officer, and battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer (repeater).

Gregory R. Schultz, 35, Stratford, was fined $1,404 for fourth-degree sexual assault, disorderly conduct and driving too fast for conditions. His sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for three years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were 12 counts of felony bail jumping, possession of THC (as party to a crime), possessing drug paraphernalia (as party to a crime), two counts of criminal damage to property (one with a domestic abuse modifier), battery (attempt, domestic abuse assessments), misdemeanor bail jumping, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments), criminal trespass to a dwelling, stalking and another count of disorderly conduct.

Jody D. Parker, 44, New Lisbon, was fined $1,036 for manufacturing/delivering amphetamine (less than or equal to 3 grams) and felony bail jumping. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for four years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record included another count of manufacturing/delivering amphetamine (less than or equal to 3 grams), possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC, possessing drug paraphernalia, operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal), felony bail jumping, possession of methamphetamine (repeater), possession of THC (repeater) and possession of drug paraphernalia (repeater).

Skyler A. Geiger, 26, Athens, was fined $987.50 for OWI. His license was revoked for six months. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.

Charles Edward Spangler, 54, Waupun, was fined $961 for possessing a firearm while convicted of a felony and carrying a handgun - alcohol sold/consumed. He was sentenced to three years in state prison and three years extended supervision. Charges of operating a firearm while intoxicated and endangering safety through use of dangerous weapon were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Joseph E. Baures, 40, Neillsville, was fined $543 for battery (domestic abuse assessments). He was previously sentenced to 15 days in jail and 24 months of probation. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and two counts of disorderly conduct (one with a domestic abuse modifi er). Ronald Mathews, 58, Neillsville, was fined $543 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments). He was sentenced to 65 days in local jail; the time has been served.

Various other forfeitures (organized by highest dollar amount) Emmalee Erin Dingee, 29, Dorchester, was fined $705 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/ controlled substance/refusal).

Kimberly J. Kettleson, 48, West Allis, was fined $589 for resisting or obstructing an officer (repeater). Three counts of bail jumping – felony (one with a party to a crime modifier) were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Dustin L. Parker, 47, Withee, was fined $589 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments).

Cody L. Byrns, 36, Granton, was fined $516 for disorderly conduct.

Richard F. Hiserman, 53, Neillsville, was fined $263.50 for a hit and run – property adjacent to highway.

John Edward Schoen, 33, Neillsville, was fined $263.50 for a hit and run – property adjacent to highway.

Mark E. Byers Trucking LLC, Augusta, was fined $250 for a raw forest product - overweight violation.

Kenneth J. Hansen, 50, Owen, was fined $236 for issuance of worthless checks.

Richard F. Hiserman, 53, Neillsville, was fined $213.10 for failure to keep a vehicle under control.

John Edward Schoen, 33, Neillsville, was fined $213.10 for driving too fast for conditions.

Adem Seidea Takele, 29, Columbus, Ohio, was fined $200.50 for interstate record of duty status.

Janice Lynn Anderson, 66, Stanley, was fined $200 for an animal running at large.

Gustavo Reyes Ramos, 44, Colby, was fined $181.50 for disorderly conduct.

Adam L. Miller, 43, Spencer, was fined $175.30 for vehicle operator violating a red traffic light.

Jesse James Penrose, 32, Kronenwetter, was fined $169 for improperly operating an ATV or UTV on public property.

Ciara Marie Blecka, 36, Gilman, was fined $162.70 for inattentive driving.

Derek Allen Dietrich, 18, Greenwood, was fined $162.70 for failure to attach snowmobile registration decal or trail use sticker.

Hannah Rose Hall, 21, Thorp, was fined $143.80 for improper stop at a stop sign – clear line.

Malcolm Jamar Little, 32, Helena, AL, was fined $50 for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. He had his license revoked 12 months. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.
