Court dates Jan. 1-15 Hilary S. Brantner, 41, Stratford, was convicted of bail jumping-felony, bail jumping-misdemeanor, operating a firearm while intoxicated and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments). She was fined a total of $1,947. Her probation was revoked and she was sentenced to 18 months in the local jail followed by three years of probation. Additional charges of second-degree recklessly endangering safety (domestic abuse assessments), disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments) and theft-movable property-special facts were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Vincent Joseph Michael Gomez, 28, Neillsville, was convicted of theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500 (repeater), tampering with a global positioning system tracking device and substantial batteryintending bodily harm. He was fined a total of $1,919. His probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 36 months in state prison and two years extended supervision. Charges of criminal damage to property (repeater), a sex registry violation, criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct were dismissed but read in.

Cody L. Oelke-Hamm, 25, Owen, was convicted of intimidating a victim/dissuading from reporting (domestic abuse repeater), false imprisonment (domestic abuse repeater) and substantial battery-intend to cause harm, and fined a total of $1,779. He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison and three years of extended supervision. Charges of stalking resulting in bodily harm (domestic abuse assessments), second-degree recklessly endangering safety (domestic abuse assessments), disorderly conduct (repeater) and theft-movable property less than or equal to $2,500 (repeater) were dismissed but read in.

Destinee Link; 35; Neillsville; was convicted of battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer (repeater); and operating a vehicle without consent- passenger (repeater); and fined a total of $961. Her jail sentence was stayed and she was placed on probation for two years. Dismissed but read in were: another count of battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer (repeater); and two counts of resisting or obstructing an officer (repeater).

Caleb J. Oliver, 37, Loyal, was convicted of criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments) and disorderly conduct, and fined a total of $600. His jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for two years. Charges of false imprisonment, criminal damage to property (domestic abuse assess-ments) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments) were dismissed but read in.

Phillip J. Schmidt, 39, Owen, had the following charges dismissed but read in: burglary-building or dwelling (domestic abuse assessments), three counts of bail jumping-felony (domestic abuse assessments), three counts of bail jumping-felony, two counts of stalking (domestic abuse assessments), false imprisonment (use of a dangerous weapon, domestic abuse-infliction of physical pain or injury), substantial battery-intending bodily harm (domestic abuse assessments) and disorderly conduct (use of a dangerous weapon). He has been charged with bail jumping-felony (domestic abuse assessments), bail jumping-felony and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments) in a case that is still open.
