OURT Wayne R. Beighley, 30, Owen, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for possession of methamphetamine. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for two years and fined $518. Charges of bail jumping, possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Dana M. Camarato, 58, Medford, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol content. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Kyle E. Coleman, 32, Chippewa Falls, was placed on probation for 12 months and fined $443 for disorderly conduct/repeater. A charge of violating state/county institution laws was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Leon’dre D. Holeman, 21, Durham, N.C., was sentenced to eight months in jail after his probation was revoked on a 2021 conviction for battery/domestic abuse. He was sentenced to an additional 90 days in jail -- to run concurrently with the first sentence -- after his probation was revoked on a 2021 conviction for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse.

Ethan M. Meacham, 19, Neillsville, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for possession of THC. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for two years and fined $443. He was also placed on probation for two years and fined $443 for possession of a dangerous weapon/under age 18, and $443 for possession of drug paraphernalia. A charge of maintaining a drug trafficking place was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Jose A. Perez, 25, Auburndale, was sentenced to 75 days in jail for strangulation and suffocation/repeater. Thirty days of the sentence are to be served and the remainder are stayed and he was placed on probation for three years and fined $518. He was also placed on probation for one year and fined $443 for intimidating a victim to dissuade reporting/repeater. Charges of battery/repeater, bail jumping/repeater, and disorderly conduct/repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Paul S. Prusinski, 52, La Crosse, was sentenced to 20 days in jail for theft of moveable property/repeater. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for one year and fined $443. A charge of resisting or obstructing an officer/repeater was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Dylan J. Rowley, 22, Loyal, was fined $1,012.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol content. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $389.50 for disorderly conduct with a vehicle and $175.30 for speeding.

Matthew J. Slowiak, 43, Thorp, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Garret S. Wilder, 30, Thorp, was sentenced to 60 days in jail for battery/domestic abuse. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 24 months and fined $618. Charges of bail jumping/repeater and disorderly conduct/domestic abuse/repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
