OURT Ashley J. McGargill, 37, Neillsville, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding.

Bryce R. Mohr, 25, Wausau, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding.

Nancy Dick Trucking LLC, Medford, was fined $1,818.25 for a Class A highway weight limit violation and $263.50 for non-registration.

Scott J. Paulman, 56, Marshfield, was fined $213.10 for passing in a no-passing zone and $213.10 for unreasonable and imprudent speed.

Creed M. Pichla, 17, Owen, was fined $50 on each of two counts of minor possessing/purchasing tobacco/ nicotine.

Isaias Ramirez Crisostomo, 28, Abbotsford, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $326.50 for driving the wrong way on a divided highway.

Agustina Romero Alejo, 18, Independence, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Elizabeth A. Schaefer, 58, Marshfield, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Alicia M. Schaub, 50, Neillsville, was fined $263.50 on each of three counts of disorderly conduct.

Robert J. Shirah, 46, Milwaukee, was placed on probation for two years and ordered to pay $5,070.28 in fines and costs for battery/domestic abuse. He was also fined $443 for disorderly conduct with charges of strangulation and suffocation/domestic abuse, stalking/domestic abuse, and disorderly conduct/domestic abuse dismissed but read-in to the court record. In a separate case, he was placed on probation for two years and fined $443 for bail jumping. Additional charges of bail jumping and resisting or obstructing an officer/as party to a crime were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Amanda R. Smith, 42, Neillsville, was sentenced to 15 days in jail for possession of methamphetamine. The jail sentence was stayed and she was placed on probation for 18 months and fined $528. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Austin L.N. Stauffer, 16, Withee, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Emilio Valdez Tepole, 25, Willard, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, $213.10 for operating left of center, $175.30 for failure to stop at a stop sign, and $175.30 for failure to obey a traffic officer/signal.

Kyle R. Waska, 37, Loyal, was sentenced to 20 days in jail for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for one year and fined $553.

Jahda K. Welke, 21, Cadott, was sentenced to 20 days in jail for criminal damage to property. The jail sentence was stayed and she was placed on probation for 12 months and fined $443. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Daniel J. Yang, 42, Green Bay, was sentenced to 60 days in jail and fined $518 for possession of THC/second offense. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read-in to the court record.
