OURT Mauricio Arita Flores, 24, Eau Claire, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, and $200.50 for speeding.
Chad T. Autrey, 42, Hugo, Minn., was sentenced to five days in jail and fined $719 for a third offense of operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more. His driver’s license was revoked for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Jose L. Bautista Cruz, 25, Curtiss, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for child abuse/repeater. Forty-five of the days are to be served and the remainder are stayed. He was placed on probation for three years and fined $518. Additional charges of battery/domestic abuse/repeater, criminal damage to property/domestic abuse/repeater, disorderly conduct/domestic abuse/repeater and child abuse/repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Diamond S. Birt, 36, Greenwood, was sentenced to 60 days in jail and fined $443 for disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to an additional 60 days in jail and fined $618 for strangulation and suffocation/domestic abuse. That jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for three years. He was fined an additional $618 for battery/ domestic abuse. Multiple charges including false imprisonment/domestic abuse, battery/domestic abuse, bail jumping/domestic abuse, and disorderly conduct/ use of a dangerous weapon were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Shalisha A. Buchanan, 18, Neillsville, was fined $295 and her driver’s license was revoked for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit).
William Burich Reynolds, 21, Stanley, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended, $175.30 for speeding, and $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Tammy S. Cook, 51, Marshfield, was fined $232 on each of two counts of operating a motorboat within 100 feet of a dock.
Chris M. Cornelius, 42, Phoenix, Ariz., was ordered to pay $686.31 in fines and restitution for retail theft.
Julian Cruz Castro, 26, Colby, was sentenced to 15 days in jail and fined $1,439 for a second offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol content. His driver’s license was revoked for 12 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. Charges of ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install and operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Joshua Diaz Tiburcio, 25, Abbotsford, was fined $263.50 for operating a vehicle while revoked/second offense, $389.50 for a uniform controlled substance act violation, and $276.10 for speeding.
Kevin N. Ducommun, 48, Chippewa Falls, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for escape from criminal arrest. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for three years and fined $518. Bail jumping charges were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Karlee K. Felt, 37, Greenwood, was fined $200.50 on each of two counts of operating a vehicle while suspended and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.
Ubaldo Garcia Perez, 39, Abbotsford, was sentenced to five days in jail and fined $890.50 for a second offense of operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more. He was also placed on probation for 18 months and fined $528 for possession of methamphetamine, and was fined $579 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation. Multiple charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, bail jumping, resisting or obstructing an officer, and operating without a valid license were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Shane M. Gilboy, 32, Marshfield, was fined $515.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (more than 45 mph over limit). He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended.
Shain Golyer, 42, Coon Rapids, Minn., was fined $295 for failure to report an ATV/UTV accident and $515.50 for resisting or obstructing an officer.
Vincent J. Gomez, 28, Neillsville, was placed on probation for three years and fined $518 for tampering with a global positioning system tracking device. A sex registry violation charge wad dismissed but read-in to the court record. In a separate case, he was placed on probation for three years and fined $518 for substantial battery. Charges of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct were dismissed but read-in to the court record. In another separate case, he was placed on probation for 12 months and ordered to pay $883 in fines and restitution for theft of moveable property/repeater. A charge of criminal damage to property/repeater was dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Anthony J. Hederer, 24, Unity, was sentenced to 80 days in jail and fined $518 for possessing a firearm as a convicted felon.
Jesse M. Jacobs, 32, Willard, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for felony bail jumping. Fifteen of the days are to be served and the remainder are stayed. He was placed on probation for three years and fined $518. He was also placed on probation for three years and fined $518 for stalking. Multiple additional counts of bail jumping, disorderly conduct, and operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation were dismissed but readin to the court record.

Job J. Johnson, 20, Neillsville, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
William C. Kissinger, 29, Merrillan, was fined $295 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit). He was also fined $200.50 on a separate speeding charge and $326.50 for failure to stop for an emergency vehicle.
Lynn Dairy Trucking, Granton, was fined $2,751.70 on one Class A highway weight limit violation and $1,970.65 for another violation.
Max F. Martyn, 29, Colby, was fined $811.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license and $263.50 for non-registration.
