CLARK COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT

Jesse D. Albrecht, 23, Abbotsford, was sentenced to 20 days in jail for disorderly conduct/use of a dangerous weapon. Ten of the days are to be served and the remainder are stayed. He was placed on probation for one year and fined $443. Charges of intentionally pointing a firearm at another person and intentionally contributing to the delinquency of a child were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Casey L. Hutjens, 41, whose address is listed as the Dodge Correctional Institution, Waupun, was sentenced to 90 days in jail and fined $443 for resisting or obstructing an officer/repeater.

Christain D. Mielke, 20, Juneau, was placed on probation for two years, fined $518, and ordered to perform 30 hours of community service for vehicle operator fleeing/ eluding an officer. Charges of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to keep a vehicle under control, operating a vehicle without a valid license, operating a vehicle without insurance,, failure to stop at a stop sign, and speeding (more than 45 mph over limit) were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

David T. Moeller, 29, Marshfield, was sentenced to 10 years in prison and eight years of extended supervision for second-degree sexual assault of a child. The sentence was stayed with conditions that he serve 270 days in jail and 10 years on probation, and pay $2,808 in fines and costs. A charge of child enticement/sexual contact was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Gregory P. Rohland, 68, Withee, was sentenced to 45 days in jail and fined $1,777 for a third offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. His driver’s license was revoked for 24 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 24 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Zachary J. Shubert, 39, Oshkosh, was sentenced to six months in jail on each of two counts of theft of moveable property/repeater and one count of disorderly conduct/ repeater.

Kaia R. Starr, 42, Thorp, was sentenced to 18 months in prison and three years of extended supervision for a sixth OWI offense. She was fined $1,894, her driver’s license was revoked for 72 months, and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 72 months. She was also sentenced to 18 months in prison and three years of extended supervision -- to run concurrently with the first sentence -- for a fifth OWI offense. She was fined $1,819, her driver’s license was revoked for 72 months, and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 72 months. Multiple counts of felony bail jumping, possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
