OURT Max F. Martyn, 29, Colby, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Luis F. Mora Solis, 24, Owen, was fined $200.50 on each of two counts of operating a vehicle without a valid license.

Nicole A. Ridders, 43, Missoula, Mont., was fined $515.50 for obstructing/interfering with an officer and $263.50 for disorderly conduct.

Victor M. Rojas Botello, 22, Granton, was fined $389.50 for a uniform controlled substance act violation, $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia, and $175.30 for speeding.

Miguel A. Saldana Landeros, 23, Owen, was fined $389.50 for a uniform controlled substance act violation, $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia, and $208.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/passenger.

James R. Schultz, 33, Loyal, was fined $452.50 for operating an ATV/UTV while intoxicated. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Dusty A. Sloviak, 35, Cadott, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended, $175.30 for transferee failure to apply for a new vehicle title, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Jeffrey Soppa, 35, Abbotsford, was fined $343.50 for failure to complete registration as required for bear/deer/turkey and $290.65 for hunting with an improper license.

Lucas D. Stacy, 25, Black River Falls, was fined $232 for operating an ATV/UTV without a muffler, $232 for giving permission to operate an ATV/UTV without valid registration, and $232 for failure to transfer an ATV title.

Matthew J. Stensven, 36, Black River Falls, was fined $452.50 for operating a boat while intoxicated. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $452.50 for boater refusal to take a breathalyzer and $232 for operating a boat within a restricted area.

Jose R. Ventura Ventura, 26, Abbotsford, was fined $200.50 for speeding, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Steven A. Warminski, 59, Stanley, was sentenced to 215 days in jail and fined $2,651 for a fourth offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. His driver’s license was revoked for 36 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 36 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $443 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related offense.

Brady J. Welke, 26, Thorp, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended, $175.30 for non-registration, $10 for operating a vehicle without proof of insurance, and $10 for a safety belt violation.

Kyle V. Wendt, 53, Marshfield, was fined $295 for operating an ATV/UTV in a careless way and $295 for failure to report an ATV/UTV accident.
