OURT Abraham Becker, 40, Medford, was sentenced to 90 days in jail after his probation was revoked on a 2020 conviction for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse.
Gary J. Bednarek, 46, Portage, was sentenced to 18 months in prison and 24 months of extended supervision for a fifth/sixth OWI offense. He was fined $1,819, his driver’s license was revoked for 36 months, and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 36 months. Giovanni W.E. Birch, 20, Glen Flora, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $443 for operating a vehicle without a valid license/second offense within three years.
Jesse T. Black, 32, Neillsville, was sentenced to 120 days in jail for battery/repeater. Twenty days of the sentence are to be served and the remainder are stayed. He was placed on probation for two years and fined $443. He was also ordered to perform 80 hours of community service and pay $3,340.60 in fines and costs for felony bail jumping, and fined $443 for criminal damage to property/repeater. Additional counts of felony bail jumping/repeater, battery/ repeater, and disorderly conduct/repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record. In a separate case, he was placed on probation for 24 months and fined $443 for misdemeanor bail jumping/repeater. Additional counts of theft of moveable property/repeater, disorderly conduct/ domestic abuse/repeater, and disorderly conduct/ repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record. In another separate case, he was placed on probation for 24 months and fined $443 for disorderly conduct/repeater. Additional counts of battery by prisoners/repeater, disorderly conduct/repeater, and violation of state/county institution laws/repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Christopher C. Bollman, 40, Wisconsin Rapids, was placed on probation for 18 months and fined $518 for possession of THC/second offense. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Dontay E. Cloud, 19, Black River Falls, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Cheyenne R. Dick, 22, Black River Falls, was ordered to pay $655.86 in fines and restitution for theft of property. Jasmine J. Drinka, 21, Neillsville, was fined $987.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment. She was also fined $389.50 for possessing or attempting to possess marijuana, $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia, and $175.30 for speeding.
Glen A. Fifer, 41, Thorp, was sentenced to six years in prison and 10 years of extended supervision and was ordered to pay $355 in fines and costs for second-degree sexual assault of a child. He was sentenced to an additional six years in prison and 10 years of extended supervision and was ordered to pay $518 in fines and costs for repeated sexual assault of the same child.
Aaron L. Holden, 23, Granton, was fined $200.50 for failure to stop at an accident scene, $175.30 for non-registration, and $187.90 for inattentive driving.
Dino A. Lapetina, 29, Thorp, was sentenced to 45 days in jail and fined $543 for battery/domestic abuse. A charge of disorderly conduct/domestic abuse was dismissed but read-in to the court record. In a separate case, he was fined $543 for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse and $443 for misdemeanor bail jumping. Additional charges of disorderly conduct and disorderly conduct/domestic abuse/as party to a crime were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Marc A. Lindgren, 34, Loyal, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for battery. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 24 months and fined $443. He was also placed on probation for 24 months and fined $543 for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse.
Tyler J. Mohr, 29, Black River Falls, was sentenced to six months in jail after his probation was revoked on a 2021 conviction for bail jumping. He was also sentenced to 15 days in jail after his probation was revoked on a 2021 conviction for a second OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 12 months and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months.
In a separate case, he was sentenced to six months in jail after his probation was revoked on a 2020 conviction for possession of THC with intent to deliver.
John W. Snape II, 61, Tomah, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for intimidating a victim to dissuade reporting/domestic abuse. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for two years and fined $493. He was also fined $243 for resisting or obstructing an officer and $243 for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. Additional charges of false imprisonment/use of a dangerous weapon/domestic abuse and stalking/use of a dangerous weapon/domestic abuse were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
