OURT Antonio A. Lyp, 25, Yulee, Fla., was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Annetta R. Martin, 16, Owen, was fined $295 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit).

Taylor D. Mertens, 21, Owen, was fined $150.10 for failure to display vehicle license plates, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, $175.30 for non-registration, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Terry F. Meyer, 51, Spencer, was fined $295 on each of three counts of operating an ATV/UTV in a careless way, and $452.50 for ATV/UTV operator failure to stop for a law enforcement official.

Scott M. Mills, 49, Neillsville, was sentenced to nine months in jail after his probation was revoked on a May 2022 conviction for criminal damage to property/use of a dangerous weapon-domestic abuse, and sentenced to six months in jail after his probation was revoked on a May 2022 conviction for disorderly conduct/use of a dangerous weapon-domestic abuse. He was sentenced to an additional 125 days in jail after his probation was revoked on a conviction for a third OWI offense and another 15 days on a second OWI offense.

Bobbi M. Mortimer, 32, Greenwood, was fined $937.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment. She was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended and $200.50 for speeding.

Carl W. Noah, 75, Neillsville, was sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $1,429 for a second offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol content. His driver’s license was revoked for 12 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Raul Portillo Castaneda, 21, Abbotsford, was fined $263.50 for disorderly conduct and $200.50 for damage to county property (natural or man-made).

William H. Ransom Jr., 41, Neillsville, was fined $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia and $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/driver.

Angellica L. Reichenbach, 31, Alma Center, was fined $213.10 for operating left of center and $213.10 for failure to keep a vehicle under control.

Tegan M. Reyes, 19, Dorchester, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense. He was also fined $232 for operating an ATV/UTV without valid registration.

Michelle E. Smasal, 24, Stanley, was fined $389.50 for a uniform controlled substance act violation and $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Anthony D. Sturgeon, 54, Hortonville, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for three years for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 30 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Jarick L. Young, 18, Loyal, was fined $175.30 for possession of drug paraphernalia, $175.30 for possession of an alcoholic beverage on school grounds, $175.30 for possessing or attempting to possess marijuana, and $175.30 for smoking an electronic delivery device on educational property.

James D. Zachow, 63, Neillsville, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. he was also fined $175.30 for failure to stop at a stop sign.
